As a Christmas gift we are giving you a nice recipe that you can use to surprised your guests at your Christmas Party! It’s really very easy to prepare and it takes no time!
Enjoy Christmas with this great Ice Cream Pudding!
Ice Cream Pudding
You will need:
- 1/3 cup fruit juice
- 1 dark fruit cake
- half gallon vanilla ice cream
Crumble the cake finely into a large bowl and sprinkle with fruit juice. Let the ice-cream soften at room temperature and mix the ice-cream and crumbled cake together after that. Place in a pudding bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Return to the freezer for couple hours. When you are ready to serve, run a little hot water over the outside so that the pudding comes out of the bowl easily.
