THANKS CRUISERS!!!
We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely say Thank You to everyone from this amazing 25th Anniversary of CRUISIN’ OC 2015!!! It was spectacular and wonderful! This was our 3rd season and we have never seen a turnout like this. First, the weather held out and was perfect. I think that brought so many Cruisers and Hot Rod fans into OC, plus the fact that EVERYONE was so glad that this past Winter is finally over and were ready to celebrate the end of cabin fever! Justine’s parking lot location at 123rd Street was packed from Wednesday on. It looked like Times Square on New Years Eve. We are so happy we were able to keep the tradition alive where the entire event of CRUISIN’ OC originated in 1990 by Tony at ICE CREAM CASTLE (now JUSTINE’S ICE CREAM PARLOUR). We want to give our deepest thanks to our landlord Keith, to the Town of Ocean City, the OC Police Department and OC Public Works, to the best Security team of Jimmy, Rick, Mark, and especially Ken for going out of their way to keep the peace, to Mary and Art (our neighbors at NICE ASH CIGARS, and to o Oliver on Wednesday night, Nicky on Thursday night for jumping in, and Francis (from Justine’s St Michaels), and Patrick (returning 3rd season employee) and his terrific younger sister Kate (who also jumped in a typical Justine’s trial by fire fashion learned how to scoop, make our special shakes, sundaes, floats, etc. She is now a pro, and yes…she already has a Summer job with us!). We also want to say “Thank You” to all of our returning OC customers (who have so kindly said “We are so glad you are back and now open!”. It is so rewarding to hear!), and the literally thousands of customers who came through our doors for CRUISIN’ OC 2015 and discovered what makes JUSTINE’S ICE CREAM PARLOUR special, different and unique.
We look forward to seeing you again this Summer and for CRUISIN OC ’16!!! Thank you!
